As Animation Director and Lead Storyboard Artist on HMH’s flagship IP Alphafriends, I led the creative adaptation and pre-production for 52 episodes across English and Spanish language tracks.

Taking existing core IP designs, I drove the visual storytelling from initial storyboard concept through to complete pre-production delivery. I authored comprehensive pre-production packs and crafted pose-heavy animatics to establish character performance, timing, and action beats.

Working in close collaboration with external animation partner Tonic DNA (formerly Pascal Blais), I ensured seamless creative alignment, maintaining strict quality control and visual consistency across the entire 52-episode run.
